We really enjoy having Temperature Design as a supplier we can send our clients to for a number of reasons.
Firstly, the furniture is designed in Australia so the furniture on offer suits our way of living. Secondly, it is really well priced - important at the moment when most of our clients - even those building million dollar plus homes, are wanting value for money. Thirdly, because Temperature Design is a wholesaler it is great to send clients to see furniture they don't see in every shop, also the Temperature Design showroom experience is quite memorable. Clients often comment on the beautiful coffee they were served and the helpfulness of the Temperature Design staff as well as the extensive range of furniture on display. However, from my perspective the very best thing about Temperature Design is the fact that all the furniture is in stock and sitting in a warehouse. Clients can lose their enthusiasm for purchasing when they have to wait 9 weeks for furniture to be delivered. Mostly, everything is pretty much available straight away and clients love this.
Finally, we love the website and the product brochures as well as the delivery and assembly service. Even in this tight market, we find some suppliers to be not overly helpful in dropping in a chair for a client or getting back to us quickly with a quote, Temperature Design Staff are always very helpful and very fast with quoting".
